Popup is asking me to press a "menu" key which none of the keys on my keyboard satisfies #3639

I was presented the popup dialog in the screenshot when I woke my MacBook Air M1 running macOS 14.1. Not one single key on the keyboard satisfied this request to press the 'menu' key -- I pressed every one. I finally ended up clicking the 'x' to close the dialog.

I've had this dialog before where it requested I press the left shift or command key which was easily identified and done.

I have this popup appear every time I use the keyboard now.
