Add new predefined rule using cli ?? #3818

Can we use the command '/Library/Application Support/org.pqrs/Karabiner-Elements/bin/karabiner_cli' --set-variables to add a new "Add predefined rule"? If not, is there any other way to directly add a new predefined rule in Karabiner-Elements?
