I'm using the latest version of Karabiner (v10.22.0) on my laptop, and I've been having this issue for a while where remapping any shortcuts to a combination of other keys which includes the Command modifier key makes the Command key stuck after the action is performed, and it can only be "unstuck" after I manually press the Command key again. I do not encounter this issue with other modifier keys.
Looking through old issues, I think that this might be related to the issue #303 although that was an issue with an external keyboard. What kind of workaround did you propose then? I want to try to see if it also fixes my issue, but I don't see the option anymore in the latest version of Karabiner.
