Fn doesn't work for all keys #863

Hi there,

I remapped my caps lock key to Fn and now Complex Modifications like Fn (Caps Lock) + IJKL for arrow keys work. However, when I do Caps Lock + F3 for Mission Control it doesn't seem to work.

Does anyone know what I'm doing wrong? Thanks!
