Ability to set custom frame to bottom position #9

My use case is that I'd like to put that great bar to bottom so that it's more shiny: image

However, when I change screen, the custom frame size has to be adjusted manually. What if there is a bottom position option? image

Finally, I must give a big thumb and a lot of appreciations to your work, because this is just what I want mostly, and you make it so perfect. Thank you so much!
