changed Dart min sdk to 2.12
changed minor version to 0.3.0
migrated the code to null-safety
upgraded dependencies to latest versions.

@pirsquareff Please, If you have a minute, and everything looks with the PR; merge the PR and publish so we can still enjoy the package in null-safety projects.

I hope the package stills gets some support.
