Upgrade android and dart dependencies

I was using this in a project of mine and I got this error:

FAILURE: Build failed with an exception.

* What went wrong:
The Android Gradle plugin supports only Kotlin Gradle plugin version 1.5.20 and higher.
The following dependencies do not satisfy the required version:
project ':charset_converter' -> org.jetbrains.kotlin:kotlin-gradle-plugin:1.3.50

I did the following changes:

• Upgrade the android kotlin gradle plugin to 1.7.20
• I ran flutter pub upgrade and it upgraded the lints package
• Upgrade the gradle version to 7.6

Now the project compiles. It would be great if you could merge this, if it is helpful for others. Thank you for your time and your package!

Landed in 2.1.1. Codemagic fails, but not on tests themselves. I did verify that integration tests are still running OK.
