Applied profile and stereotypes assigned lost after "Transform UML to Spring Roo" action #4

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open the .uml file associated with the model.
2. Select the model node.
3. Execute the menu action "UML Editor - Package - Apply Profile...".
4. Select the "rooCommand" and/or "rooStructure" available profiles, associate
to the Model package and close the window.
5. Return to the UML model editor and, with the Model node selected, execute
the menu action "UML Editor - Element - Apply stereotype ...".
6. Select the "rooCommand" and/or "rooStructure" stereotypes and close the
window.
7. Configure each stereotype properties and, when done, execute the menu action
"Model2Roo - Transform UML to Spring Roo".

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The profile and stereotypes associated are lost. It seems that the changes as
discharged, instead that being automatically saved or ask for it.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Latest STS and Model2Roo version.

Please provide any additional information below.

This can be easily work-arrounded by saving changes on the .uml prior to
execute the menu action "Model2Roo - Transform UML to Spring Roo".

It should be done automatically on future versions of Model2Roo.

Nice work!!! I used Bold for Delphi for MDA for many years with huge
productivity (currently www.capableobjects.com) and am looking an equivalent
solution for Java.
