Spiffs Management

Added menu in Others to manage SPIFFS files, like USB does
Spiffs don't create folders

WebUI

Added Management for SPIFFS, to upload and download files from there

BadUSB, EvilPortal and Custom IR

Added possibility to use files from SPIFFS

Others

I've left the AsyncWebServer Files stored in a folder somewhere
Added time on start of EvilPortal, because it was taking too long to create the network
some other little things I can't remember
