Not enough hyperlinks #20

Reader needs to go back to Patient Management Features and go to list_p to understand what and how to use this command under the section of delete_p. It should have instead been hyperlinked here so that reader can directly go to the list_p explanation.

Team's Response

This is not a bug. If the user wanted to go to the list_p command, they can simply click on the Back to Patient Management Features link and subsequently the list_p command. We however, will list this as NotInScope as it is a good to have but the navigability of the UG was not prioritised in this iteration.
