Format MisMatch in UG and App #3

The add_p format in the UG refers to no field of phone whereas the application requires me to input a phone number. Every user now is unsure what the phone field is used for and whether to include it or not.

Team's Response

I believe that the tester is looking at the wrong portion of the ug. It is correctly stated in our ug. Not sure who the tester is referring to or what is in his mind when stating this as a HIGH SEVERITY FUNCTIONALITY BUG
