Plugin does not honor look and feel/theme colors

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. install a dark laf
2. open sonar view

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
- the expected output of would be a readable view in the colors of the laf and 
current theme
- what you see instead is basically a view with white on white

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
- Netbeans 8, radar 1.2, Dark LAF Themes 1.0.2, Windows 7 x64

Please provide any additional information below.
- the problem is not only in the sonar view but also to other windows of that 
plugin, e.g., the rule description windows where there is black foreground on 
dark blue background

Part of the problems doesn't apply with new design. Fixed in rule dialog.
