First working version with typescript #11

Hello,

I've been able to make it work with some adjustments :) Still nothing fancy though, there is some refactoring to make in order to make it smoother.

In order to test it:

npm run build
npm run serve
open your browser to http://localhost:8080/test/index-new.html to run the test page

edit: I've tested with iOS 11 with a real device

@NKjoep Thanks for your contribution, but I am not working on it anymore. I don't even have access to that many devices to test it :). If you want to continue with type script version, I can add you as collaborator.

I am not sure I can take care of it right now :) I'll probably need this library in one of my upcoming projects.
