Voldemort Servers should "discover" their properties (store, cluster, server.properties) at run-time #300

When a Voldemort server starts, it should use a bootstrap mechanism to find the 
latest configuration properties that it should use.  This would alleviate some 
of the management and distribution issues around these configuration files at 
startup and simplify the deployment of Voldemort clusters.
