Shows error at run time. #2

I was running this project in VSCode i also refered your youtube video. I successfully connect sql and all thinks but don't know it show error at run time that patient and doctor not found. please tell me why it's happening?

You probably didn't create Doctor & Patient table in your MySQL database..

It's working in my system, if you are taking my code from github then you need to create a database in SQL server by yourself. After that it can work perfectly.

may be u dont create a Doctor and patient table in your data base
