Artist names should not be displayed as last name, first name #163

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. use the playlist tracker to autocomplete an artist name

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

The name is shown with last name first but the Music Director has requested 
that this be fixed.  For example, Bob Dylan shows up as Dylan, Bob and The 
Beatles show up as Beatles, The.

NOTES

- This needs to fixed in the data import process
- The canonical list of known artist names needs to be fixed
- All existing data needs to be corrected
