Update task confirmation email with new emergency contact info #164

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. volunteer for a task
2. read the confirmation email you receive

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

The footer still has Jenna's email and phone number but it should be updated 
for Micha's info.
