Color-coding for categories in Crate and Playlist Tracker #205

It would be nice if the categorized items in the Crate (rotation, locals) had 
some kind of colored visual cue for what they were. Similarly, it would be 
helpful to colorize the checkbox options in the playlist tracker to correspond 
with the totals you rack up each hour.
