Post Volunteer Event Survey #240

As administrative user of Volunteer Tracker I would like to have the ability to 
send post-event surveys to volunteers to capture what worked/what didn't 
work/new ideas/annoyances etc. The fields should be pre-defined questions with 
an "Comments & Suggestions" space.

Hi Bonnie, this sounds pretty straight forward.  As an experiment you may want 
to try out some existing tools to see if they will do what you need:

You could make a form out of a spreadsheet and email all volunteers with a link 
to the form:
http://docs.google.com/support/bin/answer.py?answer=87809

You could try one of these survey tools, which I believe are free:
http://www.surveymonkey.com/
http://www.surveygizmo.com/

Try them first to make sure they don't lock in your data or something.
