Interchange Addaks in conversion from AnmolLipi to DRChatrik #2

AnmolLipi = ` (60) converts into DRChatrik = W (57) and AnmolLipi = ~ (7e) converts into DRChatrik = w (77).

Where as it should be 60 = 77 and 7e = 57.
