NULL values export as <null> when exporting to XML

1. load up a table with some data and some null values
2. File > Export > Current Table > XML file...
3.

I guess it should have been either "NULL" or just blank in the XML file

Thanks for the feedback.

Since there is no common placeholder for exporting NULL values I've added the 
option (in r2290) to specify 
what is should be on the export dialog (it currently defaults to your 
preference value). This is the same 
functionality as we currently provide when exporting to CSV.
