What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
No error output.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
dex2jar version: translator-0.0.9.7 on Linux 3.2.0-24-generic-pae #39-Ubuntu

out.dex has been converted from odex files using smali/baksmali and extracted
from a 4.1.1 Galaxy Nexus.
