Short URLS - add g, gg, s, ss for group(s) and session(s) #21

We use ?c=some_code in our old system, so we should do the same for the new system to get the same benefit of shorter links to save users extra typing, e.g. when we are handing out printed links to students,

e.g. https://dev.practable.io/book/?group=g-engdes1 becomes https://dev.practable.io/book/?g=g-engdes1
