Added a tutorial on how to use php with docker. Tutorial is explained on a project that includes mysql and nginx and how to use them in docker alongside php.
Motivation and Context
I added the tutorial because php projects mostly use docker in real life and the tutorial has a lot concepts to learn.
How Has This Been Tested?
I tested it by viewing output readme file, clicking on the tutorial link on both logged in and not logged in browsers.
The link correctly opens the tutorial playlist.
