plugin: better-escape.nvim rewrite required config change #6

better-escape.nvim plugin as been rewritten and is more flexible than before.

However, the plugin configuration has changed.

Update the plugin configuration in lua/plugins/user-practicalli.lua to add fd as the alternative (better) escape key mapping.
