Ubuntu 20.04 LTS works well with the Lenovo T14s AMD Gen1 laptop, although newer Ubuntu versions are not as well supported.
Whist the AMD Graphic card is very well supported in the Linux kernel and works on all Ubuntu Linux recent distributions, the same is not the case for the Radeon AMD based hardware of the T14s.
AMD do provides open source drivers for their supporting hardware, although this is only packaged for Ubuntu in Long Term Support distributions
