mkdocs override: GitHub repository link in header opens in new tab #41

GitHub repository link in header should open a new browser tab/window, leaving the book open in the current tab.

Review Material for MkDocs - Extending the theme documentation for the location of the existing configuration.

Copy the existing configuration into overrides using a matching path and update the anchor href HTML tag to include a target="_blank" option.
