Coffeescript dependency is brittle and breaks all the time. Is it really needed? Shouldn't that be a dependency of the reporter, not the mocha runner?

We've been very careful to audit all of our packages, and not introduce coffeescript into our build pipeline; and practicalmeteor:mocha kicks up coffeescript errors when added to our app. :(
