Better error message about target project to be based on Scrum #60

At present, the wizard gives a generic error saying "No project areas are connected" even when user has connected to Project Areas but none of the Projects is based on Scrum template.

Need to differentiate the scenarios where no project areas are connected versus none of the connected project areas is based on Scrum.
