Attached the screen-shot of the error. This is not coming from the copy work items utility. It is coming from RTC Server.

This has been fixed. Code and update site released to GitHub.
The fix is to skip calling the server for admin check if the flag is set to permit regular users.

Certain users are getting an exception when the user id is checked against JazzAdmin group. This is not consistent. In some cases, no exception is raised for the same user when tried later.
