Hi there, thank you for the bug report!
Our team feels that it is completely fine to use the other features without having to set up the user details. There is no inherent benefit to setting up the user first then using the rest of the app. The user gains the same benefits regardless of the order in which they use our features.

Reason for disagreement: If I was a user of this product, I would want to set up my profile first then do the rest of the tracking, that is how i feel a normal application works like "signing up" and "logging in". Hence, it is still important to setup the user details initially hence, it is better if user details is put on the first page of UG
When I read through the User Guide, i started off with logging the calories, hydration and sleep data. After that only I got to know about the entering of the userdetails at the end of the User Guide.
So as a user I would want to set up the user details first. Hence, if the explanation of how to set up user details is on the first page of the UG it will be good.
