Please make a release of the library #133

Without releases there are no packages for lz4 in different OSes, and people 
are forced to copy-paste your code into their projects, potentially causing 
messy situations. Some may also be reluctant to use unreleased code.

I don't understand. There are some published releases. Just follow the link at 
the homepage : 

Download latest source code (zip or tar.gz format)
https://github.com/Cyan4973/lz4/releases/latest

Is there a problem with that ?

Sorry, I didn't notice the link. Usually there is 'Downloads' tab here on 
code.google.com where releases are.

Google removed that feature.
Only older releases can still be accessed.
It's no longer possible to publish new releases on Google Code.
