using 'ls' on an existing bucket contents returns nothing #319

Closed GoogleCodeExporter closed 8 years ago

GoogleCodeExporter commented 8 years ago
Detailed description of observed behavior:

When connecting to an existing bucket, using 'ls' does not list current
contents. Current contents was created using Boto (Python), CloudBerry
Explorer, and the AWS Console.

What steps will reproduce the problem - please be very specific and
detailed. (if the developers cannot reproduce the issue, then it is
unlikely a fix will be found)?

Mount a bucket with content NOT created by S3FS.
Is the same issue as this ticket:
https://code.google.com/p/s3fs/issues/detail?id=73&q=not%20cool#makechanges
and explained here: https://forums.aws.amazon.com/thread.jspa?threadID=58468
I figured it best to create a new ticket without the app-specific reference.

Hi

Latest version(now v1.68) of s3fs supports objects which are made by other S3
clients.
Please use it and try to check it.

Regards,
