Bottom Outlets are not showing up as devices #33

I have several 2663-222 On/Off Outlets and only the top outlet appears as a device. The bottom outlet does not appear at all. This is functionality that worked correctly in the original ISY node.

I'm quite sure the issue #41 I've just posted are similar or even the same issue. I haven't posted here to not "steal" the issue if they are not really the same...
