Hi,
So it looks like you are not working on this anymore. I'm curious what kind of skills and programming knowledge are needed for someone to take this over?

I was more interested in the insteon devices that aren’t finished yet, like the garage door sensor/control.

Oh… has development officially stopped on this? I was really excited that someone picked up the original project. :(
I would be willing to help debug zwave support and/or donate a few zwave devices to you for local testing.
Really? That would be great! I mean, I can pay for things myself, but I just haven’t found a good z-wave peripheral I needed…. All my switches and keypads and outlets are Insteon….

I use zwave for door locks, garage door control, a mimo2 (multiple replay control), multi speed fan switches and a couple of dimmer switches w/motion sensors built in (very handy). Zwave is a pain until you get enough devices to make a decent mesh, but once I did that it's pretty reliable, and have a wider variety of devices available than Insteon (which is still 90% of my setup)
I think I have a few spare devices I could send or I'd be willing to just order something specific for you. You are doing a great service for ISY community, you should not have to buy gear just to support other people.
I'm user 'stevesreed' on the UDM forums, if you want to PM me to coordinate.
I second that. You are doing a great service and I would be happy to point donations your way!
