I'm very happy with this theme thanks lot, I'll keep on using it! Also used for OpenMfx doc: https://openmfx.org/

Of course this is just a suggestion, feel free to just close this PR if you think it is not appropriate.

Hi @eliemichel! Thanks for filing this PR and your patience on this! It's great to know that you're using this theme and that you like it. :)

I'd trimmed this list down to 5 projects since I didn't want this to get overwhelming or become really long list. I'll go ahead and close this out since I'd like to keep this list as-is.
