Adds "none" to dependents list if none #111

This makes it clearer when there are no dependents, rather than just hiding the heading

What it looks like in context ... this was just the HTML changed in inspector, as I admittedly did not pull this locally and test the change (edit was made in github web ui). Happy to make any changes to that you'd like, this just seemed like an easy change to address the small UX confusion.
