Hi I like this project and the way how it implements the UI - i'm a backend specialist ;-)

I was able to use a fork of your project to solve a few of my ui-problems (https://github.com/loic-sharma/BaGet/issues/216#issuecomment-475538867)

I have a few ideas and proposals about this implementation of NuGet UI, but not sure if this fits into this project/your intent and your time.

• adding a few dependencies to packages like "NuGet.Versioning" and "NuGet.Protocol" to re-use the same low level code like NuGet....
• decouple from NuGet.org, it should be usable from any Nuget-Server (BaGet)
• may be some feature about implemntations for private Feeds (Token etc)
• adding Tests and test-infrastructure (xUnit and Microsoft.AspNetCore.TestHost)
• restructure solution into more csprj (layer) for improved architecture and testability
• may be implement the code analysis features like plugins (Build your own FuGet) ....

What do you think about this ? What is your plan or intent on this project ?
