Add support for unlisted packages #73

Right now site doesn't show unlisted package versions, which could be very inconvenient, when you want to see API diff, but vendor unlists previous version after releasing new one. E.g. of such packages:

https://www.nuget.org/packages/MySql.Data/ - only last 8.x version listed
https://www.nuget.org/packages/System.Data.SQLite.Core/1.0.111 - only 1 version listed
