Fix comments in OpenStreetMap example. #29

Currently they're outdated and refer to things in the GoogleMaps example.

The boundary box coordinates I'd provided for SA in lib/providers/openstreetmap/fixture.js are incorrect. Should be ["16.4500", "-22.1278", "32.8917", "-34.8333"].
