  1. About the Expert section added beneath the heading. This will contain a profile image of the expert, their name and some introductory text. If this is not filled out for this live chat this section will not show.
  2. Expert Comments are visually distinct from user comments.
  3. Live chat colors and design will be visually distinct from Discussions.
