Wrong metric store name is configured for metrics #62

@imsickofmaps Could you take a look? I know you aren't really familiar with the reports config stuff, but all I really did was change the metric store name to match the name given in the configs

For example, for ghr ussd prd, the config points to a metric store name of ghr_ussd_prd, so the reports config should use the same metric store name (instead of what it was, ghr_metrics or something).
