Update hbs parser & jspot hbs extractor to 3.0.0 #35

Handlebars 2 & 3 came with new parser. The new AST is sooooo much cleaner and easy to read and support new hbs 3.0.0.

Fixes #34

@JSteunou sorry for the late reply, I somehow missed this PR :) agreed, the AST does look quite a bit cleaner. Looks good, merging.
