I left some minor comments on phrasing. I would perhaps move the other sections into a list and leave a not saying "This tutorial is under constructions. Coming sections will include: ...` and that might allow us to land this PR in develop even though the tutorial is not yet complete.

I really liked the idea to write an application that provides access to OMDB.

@justinvdm @smn @miltontony -- would you mind chipping in as needed to give guidance on the structure of the tutorial?
