Bug Description

When a DNS name resolves to multiple IPs, the nuclei jobs for those IPs collide.

Steps to Reproduce

Run a scan against a DNS name with multiple IP resolutions
Observe that only 1 nuclei job entity exists, even though multiple are executed, one for each IP

Expected Behavior The nuclei jobs are distinguishable/don't clobber
