Update details in risk export

Feature Description We need the risk export to contain:

• Vulnerability Description
• Impact
• Recommendation
• References
• URLs impacted (where applicable)
• IP Address
• Port impacted

Additionally, I would make the following changes:

• Change email address in username column to Organization name (where applicable)
• Remove "key" column
• Remove "class" column
• Remove "source" column
• Change "status" column to to two columns, risk rating (medium, high, etc) and status (open, closed)

Problem Our current export won't work for a few of our customers who rely on the export

We've updated the export on the Organization page to pull a zip file of all open risks and the associated references and proofs of exploitability.

To keep things simple, we have not reformatted the data substantially. For custom reporting/exporting formats, the CLI is the preferred mechanism, and we've added a note in the UI with a CTA for the CLI.
