Chariot can be used in two modes: managed or unmanaged service.
If running in the managed service mode, we should support an easy facilitation for communication between both parties (end user and the Praetorian MSP team). This work happens outside of the platform today and we can facilitate this inside.
We should consider doing this through an integration.
