Enhanced Jobs Details #201

Feature Description Currently, jobs show the server IP, asset name, job name, and last-updated timestamp. It would be helpful if each job also included:

  1. A one-sentence description of the job's capability.
  2. A timestamp for the start time (in addition to the updated timestamp).
  3. Add a new status or other indicator for jobs that stalled/timed out. Currently, these just show as "running" indefinitely and are confusing for the user.
