Azure, NS1, Github, and Crowdstrike integration seeds are not created #68

Bug Description The UI does not pass the value parameter when creating the Azure, NS1, Github, or Crowdstrike integrations.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Create a Github integration with any fields
  2. Observe that the Github integration seed is not created

Expected Behavior The Github integration seed is created

Additional Information I've opened a PR both here and in the CLI to populate the necessary field for these specific integrations.
