Create UX to distinguish managed vs unmanaged offerings

The UI doesn't clearly define managed vs unmanaged offerings.

We need to be overly expressive that:

• We offer two different ways to use the platform (managed vs not)
• What each offering consists of
• That you are on a limited/free version of unmanaged until you talk to us about an upgrade

Considering this done is vague. We now have an "Upgrade Now" button which informs the user of the various offerings. Would you considering this done or should it be displayed elsewhere?

yep; this is what I was aiming for. we'll have more content later outside the app but I'm not sure we'll need anything else in-app (atm).
